the content is fictional
every character, phone, conversation, photo, location and receipt in spygloss is invented. any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. spygloss is entertainment, not a surveillance tool, and has no ability to access anyone's real device or data.
using spygloss
the pilot case is free and complete — the ending is not behind a paywall. don't rip the content out of the app and republish it as your own, don't use the brand to imply we endorse something we haven't, and don't attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or site. otherwise: screenshot, share and speculate freely. that's the point.
our content
the stories, characters, artwork, wordmark and app are ours (or licensed to us). the case-closed cards are made for sharing — share them anywhere.
no warranties
spygloss is provided as-is. we work hard on coherence, but we don't promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. to the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or site.
changes
if we change these terms we'll update this page. continuing to use spygloss after a change means you accept the new terms.
